Sauvignon Blanc from certified organic Konnowac Vineyard in Zillah, Washington, on sandy loam at 1,100 feet. Rattlesnake Hills gets plenty of sun and wind without the sizzle, and cold nights hold the acidity. Direct pressed and fermented without commercial yeast or temperature control, so it isn't a grassy or tropical Sauvignon Blanc.

100% Sauvignon Blanc. Direct pressed. Fermented without commercial yeast or temperature control. Aged in a 2,000-liter oval oak cask. Minimal oak influence from the large-format vessel. 300 cases produced.
