We currently can't ship to: Alabama, Kansas, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Tennessee, Utah.
All shipments of wine require an adult signature upon delivery. If someone 21+ is not available at your residence during the day to accept your shipment, please provide a business address as the shipping address. UPS/FedEx will attempt to deliver three times before sending the shipment back to us. Before the third attempt, UPS/FedEx will allow you to change the delivery address or hold the package at a local UPS/FedEx location. If a shipment is unable to be delivered, you will be responsible for a $20 return fee plus the cost of reshipment.
Shipping time can vary depending on order day, time, and destination. Please refer to your tracking details for the most accurate updates. The timeline for shipping will be longer during the the holiday season (November/December.)
We reserve the right to hold packages if inclement weather poses a risk to the quality of wine.
RETURNED shipments and RE-ROUTES:
1. If your shipment is RETURNED to us and you want it re-shipped, you will be required to pay a $20 return fee + a new shipping charge. Contact us directly to coordinate the re-ship. We are not made aware of returns until they reach our warehouse; this may happen a week or more after your last failed delivery attempt. You can also opt to get a refund on your shipment minus the carrier return fee and original shipping fee.
2. If you gave us an incorrect address and you need a transit RE-ROUTE contact us. There is a $20 fee per package for incomplete or incorrect addresses given and a re-route of the package is required. Re-routes can happen only while the package is still in transit.
