Our 2022 Grenache Blanc yielded barely a ton from our one acre block, but the fruit it produced was worth the sacrifice. In the winery, the grapes were macerated and fermented for two months. After pressing in mid-December the wine was aged for nearly two years before bottling.
Aromas of Anjou pear, lemon zest, and honeysuckle lead to a rich textured palate full of Mandarin orange and herbal flavors. The mix of fruit and texture serves as an easy and inspired pairing for a wide range of cuisines — think medium-spiced curries or more intense cheeses.
