The "Bring It" is the red Maureen and I built when we wanted to put everything we love about Oregon and Washington into one bottle. Pinot Noir from Finnigan Hill in the Chehalem Mountains for the prettiness, Syrah for the structure, Grenache for the fruit, and Mourvèdre for the savory backbone — both from Conley Vineyard up in Yakima Valley.
Every grape gets its own ferment. 100% whole cluster across the board, sixty days on the skins, native yeast. Then eighteen months in neutral French oak before we blend and bottle. Minimal sulfur. No fining, no filtration. Both vineyards are certified organic.
Bold, layered, and structured for now or short-term aging. Trust us — bring it to the dinner.
Tasting Notes
Deep ruby with garnet highlights. Black cherry, plum, subtle spice, and a hint of leather on the nose. Silky texture with balanced tannins, dark berry, red currant, and a touch of earth on the palate.
Pairing & Serving
Grilled meats, roasted vegetables, hearty pasta, aged cheeses. Serve slightly below room temperature (60–65°F).
