Cancilla Vineyard

Planted in 1999 and farmed organically

There is only one special acre of Chardonnay (Dijon Clone 76) planted at Cancilla. 

30 days skin maceration then aged in a 600 liter used French oak barrel.  SO2 added at bottling.

Notes of nectarine, vanilla, creme fraiche on the nose with a palate of orange, honey and citrus.
