We took the long road with this cuvée! Whole cluster fermented with daily foot stomps for two months, then left on the skins to rest for another four—pressed in late April after a full six-month maceration. Aged in neutral French oak until bottling.

The nose hits with dried cherry, orange peel, and a little wild herb. On the palate, it’s layered and earthy: ripe strawberry, a streak of tar and spice, with fine, grippy tannins holding it all together.

Pair it with seared ahi, mild cheeses, or a mushroom risotto. Let it breathe and take its time, just like the way it was made.
