This is a bright, electric mix of Pinot Grigio, Scheurebe, and Auxerrois. No skin contact here — just direct press ferments, done separately for each grape, then aged in a combo of neutral French oak and stainless to keep it clean and light. On the nose: a blast of refreshment with lemon zest and flinty minerality; on the palate: loads of citrus and salt. Preferably served poolside.
