This is the Chardonnay Maureen and I want on our own table — bright, textured, and made the long way. Fruit comes from Finnigan Hill in the Chehalem Mountains, certified organic at 1,000 feet on sandy loam. We direct-press the whole clusters so there's zero skin contact, then split the juice between neutral French oak barrels and stainless steel tanks. Each does its own work: the oak adds quiet texture, the steel keeps the acid lifted.

Eighteen months of aging. Native yeast. Minimal sulfur. No fining, no filtration. The result is Chardonnay that doesn't lean on any one trick — no heavy oak, no buttery malo, no shortcuts. Just the place and the patience.

Tasting Notes

Pale gold with subtle green highlights. Ripe apple, pear, and hints of citrus blossom on the nose. Creamy texture with bright acidity, lemon curd, white peach, and light toasted oak.

Pairing & Serving

Roasted chicken, creamy pasta, seafood, soft cheeses. Serve chilled (50–55°F).
