The "Chillable" started as a thought experiment — what if you took three grapes Maureen and I love (one red from each state, one rosé-leaning white) and treated them all the same way, then blended them as equals? Turns out you get a red that drinks light enough to chill, but with enough structure to stand up to a real meal.

Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris come off Finnigan Hill in the Chehalem Mountains, certified organic. Grenache Noir comes from Conley Vineyard up in Yakima Valley, also certified organic. Every grape vinified separately — 100% whole cluster, sixty days on the skins, native yeast — then aged eighteen months in neutral French oak before we blend. No fining, no filtration, minimal sulfur.

Open it cold. Drink it on the porch. Don't overthink it.

Tasting Notes

Ruby red with bright highlights. Red cherry, strawberry, and subtle spice on the nose. Juicy and fresh with soft tannins, red currant, cranberry, and a hint of herbal complexity.

Pairing & Serving

Grilled vegetables, light pasta, charcuterie, fresh cheeses. Serve slightly chilled (55–60°F).
