Whole cluster macerated and fermented before pressing. Aged in a 700 liter concrete egg for 22 months before bottling. We love how concrete eggs showcase the acidity of Pinot Noir wines.
On the nose: dark cherry, forest floor, and mushroom. On the palate: ripe raspberry and espresso flavors with a fresh, juicy finish.
