We macerated Albariño for two months before pressing and aging for 14 months in neutral French oak. A generously bodied wine with ripe orange and grapefruit aromas that lead to a fresh, salty, and mineral-driven palate. This bottling will pair nicely with a cheese and charcuterie board.
