One oval foudre cask of white Rhône varietals. This blend underwent two months of skin maceration before a gentle press and 14 months aging. Peach pit, dried apricot, and herbaceous aromas allow the firm, maximal palate to achieve some delightful freshness and lift. Gobs and gobs of fruit, silky tannins, fresh acidity – delicious! Pair with root vegetables, pumpkin soup and lighter proteins.
