This club release’s namesake is a cuvée made specially for our Nevada distributor that we are excited to offer to our members! We macerated whole clusters of Cinsault for two months before pressing and aging in neutral French oak for 12 months. We’re lucky to be able to get this fruit ripe in colder years, but 2022 was warm enough to give a beautiful, fresh and zippy version of the Cinsault grape. Expresses currant, dark cherry, and leather on the nose with loads of laser-like acidity.
