An ode to Portuguese tinta miúda, this wine is light and fresh -- despite its dark pigmentation! Carries peppercorn, green herbs, dark purple fruits, dark cherry, and cedar. Whole-cluster and no destemming with foot-treading once or twice a day for about a month during fermentation. Aged in neutral oak for twelve months.
