Viognier fermented on its skins, so it's an orange wine, from certified organic Konnowac Vineyard in Zillah, Washington. Thirty days of skin contact give it grip and gentle tannin, and the large oval cask adds texture without taking over. Super fresh and peachy. Give it a proper chill.
