Pinot Noir from Morning Mist, our coldest vineyard, in the coastal range above Sheridan, Oregon. Whole cluster, native yeast, minimal oak, and just one barrel. Lighter on its feet than most Oregon Pinot Noir: spicy, fresh, and not jammy.
Winemaking
100% Pinot Noir, Burgundian 777 clone. Whole cluster, native yeast fermentation. Aged in neutral French oak. One barrel produced.

Spicy and fresh, with bright fruit, earthy savory character, refreshing acidity and firm, persistent tannins.
