A savory, structured Touriga Nacional from Wilridge Vineyard in Naches Heights. I fell for this grape before I ever got to Portugal, and I made my first one in Oregon in 2016, nine years after telling Dirk Niepoort that was the plan. This is a rustic, old-school expression. We held it in barrel and then in bottle before release, so don't expect gobs of jam.
