Skin maceration and aged in a mix of 228 liter and 500 liter used French oak barrels for 7 months before bottling. SO2 at bottling is the only addition to this wine.
Aromatics of apricots, bergamot and wet rocks with a mineral palate filled with sea salt and fresh acidity. This wine is medium to light bodied.
