Raspberry, mushroom, earth. Pairs with charcuterie and good company.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\"\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eThe 2023 Pinot Noir\u003c\/strong\u003e blends Morning Mist's tension and acid with Greyhorse Vineyard's weight and ripeness. Light purple, mushroom and plum, acid forward. Pairs with salmon, mushroom risotto, or whatever's in the fridge.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\"\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eThe 2024 Zweigelt\u003c\/strong\u003e is a grape rarely found outside of Austria, and we've been patiently waiting for it to be planted in the Willamette Valley. Morning Mist is our coldest vineyard, and Zweigelt loves alpine conditions — deeper color than Pinot, with a spice component that we can't get enough of. Pairs with roast chicken, duck, or anything that wants a little heat next to it.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\"\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eCity Pop\u003c\/strong\u003e is back. Three vineyards, three aromatic varieties, bottle-fermented and hand disgorged by Maureen and me one by one — 75 cases total, which is every bottle we could make. Honeysuckle, lychee, tangerine, persistent bubbles, orange cream soda on the finish. Our love letter to spring, street snacks, and late-night records on repeat. Lead pencil, tobacco, red currant. Pairs with red meats or something slow-cooked.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\"\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eThe 2022 Mourvèdre\u003c\/strong\u003e is the newest addition to the lineup. Columbia Valley at 1,600 feet, licorice, pepper, dark cherry, firm tannin.
