Three barrels are from Cancilla and one from Finnigan Hill. We chose these specific barrels because of their density, ripeness, and high acidity that gives us that quintessential earthy Oregon Pinot Noir characteristic that we love.
On the nose you get wild and spicy aromas with lots of ripe strawberry, as well as savory notes of mushroom from the whole cluster maceration and fermentation style.
The wine is medium to full bodied and zero sulfur was added.
