Planted in 1998 to Pommard clone Pinot Noir. 2.75 acres in total, meticulously farmed by Jane Kneller and Michael Losonsky.
100% whole cluster macerated and fermented for 30 days. Aged in used 228 and 500 liter French oak barrels for 10 months.
Mocha, espresso, and minerality on the nose with a dark cherry, sassafras, peppermint palate.
